Restaurant Cuvee is located within the beautiful sandstone building of Peterson House, located at the “Gateway” to the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Featuring beautiful exposed aged timber beams and iron work through out, our restaurant overlooks the beautiful vineyards and cottage gardens of Peterson House.

A breakfast specialty at Restaurant Cuvee is our Champagne Breakfast. So why not start your day with a superbly cooked breakfast, chocolates and Sparkling Peterson House Wines while soaking in the beautiful view.

Our Head Chef Chad Pridue has just relased his new Lunch Menu for Winter which is a treat for all the senses. Enjoy a quick bite between vineyard tastings or sit back and enjoy catching up with friends over a long lunch.

Fathers Day is fast approaching, so why not treat Dad this Fathers Day with a breakfast or lunch to remember. Breakfast bookings are available at either 8.00am or 10.00am with a special Champagne Breakfast menu on offer. Lunch bookings are also available at 1.00pm with a delicious 3 course menu on offer.

October Long Weekend is a fantastic time to get away and enjoy good food, good wine and great company. To avoid dissapointment on this busy weekend, get in quick to reserve you table at one of our Champagne Breakfasts or Leisurely Lunches. On both Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd we will be offering guests a special Champagne Breakfast for $20.00pp with bookings available at either 8.00am or 10.00am. Our 3 course lunch menu is $65pp with bookings available at 12.30pm.

Melbourne Cup is the race that stops a nation. Reserve your seat today and experience Melbourne Cup Cuvee Style! With drinks, canapes and sweeps from 12.30pm, followed by two courses, finishing with the big race on the big screen. Tickets are $55.00pp and include drinks through out the lunch. Review You’d be hard-pressed to find a prettier spot for weekend dinning. Housed within atmospheric Peterson Champagne House, an inviting sandstone homestead with soaring timber ceilings, the aptly named Cuvee draws crowds for sparkling –fuelled breakfasts and leisurely lunches. Outside, the sun drenched deck is the place to be, as views of the cottage gardens and lantern strung trees add to the charm. There’s much to like about the menu, too, which spans light snappy salads to steaks with a shiraz reduction.  A fabulous duck confit salad, cut by orange, micro cress and red wine vinegar, is the perfect balanch to the rich, flakey meat and gentle acidic bite. Grilled flathead fillets served on a rustic panzanella salad also make fine fare.
